Every other week or so, process secd goes to >100% CPU usage and won't stop. This is correlated with my Keychain hanging up. I can kill secd and Keychain but secd always restarts and maxes to 100% CPU usage. I've tried some of the other solutions on here like logging out of iCloud and then back in; while that works it's a pain to have to resync things each time. And then two weeks later or so the secd 100% CPU usage problem resurfaces. For reference I'm working on both a laptop and desktop system with iCloud keychain and both systems have this happen at different times every other week or so.

Login and test. Reboot as normal and test. Caches get rebuilt automatically.
