Sound will only come out of one Powerbeat Pro even when they are both connected

I have some problems with my Powerbeats Pro, sometimes the left one won't connect, it's almost like it doesn't recognize my ear, I normally fix it by having someone else put it on, making sure it connects and then putting it back on, but it's still a problem and I don't now how to fix it.

The other problem is when I put both of my Powerbeats Pro on, both left and right sides. I put the right one on first and i can hear perfectly through it, but once I put on the left one sound will only come out through that one, I can still change the volume levels and control what I'm listening to through the right one, but sound won't come through. This also happens when I put both of them on at the same time.

I've tried resetting them but it doesn't help.

Does anyone know how I can fix this??
