“Set Voice & Data” shortcut action

I'm trying to use “Set Voice & Data” action to switch between my primary SIM and eSIM, it's running and ask me which carrier that i wnat to use, progress bar went full within seconds, but it's failed, is there any solution to this?

Troubleshooting "Set Voice & Data":

A. Start with a Force Restart:

See if you no longer get this error, once you for restart you iPhone, and then open it once more. Go Here: Force Restart iPhone - Apple Support


B. Contact your Carrier:

Being you are trying to set up Carrier info, contact your Carrier.
