Hello,
Today, I updated my ipad, eight generation, to the latest software fifteen.six and now the number keys one through nine are not working on the top row of the external keyboard. I shut the device down and re-started. Still not working.
Any help would be appreciated

Ensuring your external keyboard works as expected with your iPad is important. To confirm, are you having issues with a Smart Keyboard Folio or a Magic Keyboard? If you're using a keyboard that connects via Bluetooth, what happens if you go in to Settings > Bluetooth, tap the (i) next to the keyboard, followed by Forget This Device. Once you've forgotten the device, try pairing the keyboard again to see if the same issue persists. You can reference the article below to pair the keyboard back with your iPad.
