It says there are eight different items using my Apple ID and I only have four so who is using the rest
Change your password. And, enable two-factor authentication.

Someone accessing your email would have no effect on your phone settings.
Not a good idea to display your name and email address on a public site.
Please post a screenshot listing the 8 devices that are using the same Apple ID. Chances are, there are some older devices there that you are no longer using, which you have not removed.
You still are not showing 8 devices. You have multiple items syncing through iCloud; that's normal. Tap it to see what's syncing.
Nothing you've displayed says there are 8 devices using your Apple ID. You've also posted your email address and name for the world to see, you might want to update the screenshot.
My email got hacked a couple weeks ago everything was altered they got into my bank account they got and everything luckily I bank with a small bank where they know everybody and Verizon alerted me a very shady action Could they be using my Apple ID
