Undated browser iPhone11 and iPad Pro, MacBookAir

Seems like always on an old device looking on scree and can’t sync all together. I e been using old hotmail 20+ Yes as iCloud and think that’s somehow mixed with old devices, computers etc think I should change email. Also showing extra iPhone here and the macOS High Sierra was on old MacBook Air (2011) not the one I have now 2022

optonline mail I was told that when I moved and opened my own Optimum account I could keep my previous optonline email address and all my past folders, contacts, etc. I could not set up the email on my Mac or my Windows 10 PC. When I called support, they said they no longer support emails and had deleted my account! Strangely, my mail does show up on my iphone, and is fully functional. WTH? Does anyone know why the account is still functional on my phone? Is there anything I can do to access my emails from either computer without losing what I still have on my phone. Totally confused, but would like to not lose my old emails.

Deleted email accounts keep being added back macOS keeps adding older Microsoft email accounts that I deleted dozens of times from Internet Accounts in System Preferences. I removed the account entries also from Keychain Access. I have multiple Macs and multiple user account on these Macs and it happens for each user account and Mac. The issue does not occur on my iPhone where is also use Keychain syncing. I am not the only one who has this problem and it's not limited to Microsoft but can also occur with Google account, see Deleted email account keeps being added b… - Apple Community (all those suggested solutions don't work). Apple needs to better test syncing across multiple Macs and macOS users. I experience the problem since at least a year now. Very annoying.

Can I access my iCloud mail with a PC? I am trying to access my iCloud mail account on a Dell XPS notebook computer and my correct iCloud credentials are rejected by the mail set up program on the Dell PC notebook with a message that they are "out of date." Entering the correct credentials additional times does not resolve the problem. I have signed into iCloud on the PC, but still cannot access my iCloud mail account there either. I am looking for any way that I can use my iCloud mail, address book and calendar with my PC notebook which I need for a certain program that isn't comptible with the Apple operating system. I have not been able to understand what is hanging me up and any help would be appreciated.
