Warranty with new Apple Watch battery?

on June 14 Apple replaced my series 5 Apple Watch with a new one when the old battery started failing. I paid for the replacement Watch . Today my watch stopped working. First the Digital Crown failed and now the whole watch is frozen with coloured lines on the screen. Couple of questions … where can I get support to try to fix it? (The apple support page doesn’t work) And is the watch still under guarantee? as it is only 6 weeks old. I am nowhere near an Apple Store. Thanks.
