Every nighttime picture I take has the center way over bright like a reverse vignette. I’ve watched YouTube channels where people take long exposure pictures and they never come out like this. Any help would be much appreciated.

Thank you for these additional details. Based on the examples that you've provided, it does seem like what you are experiencing is a mild case of lens flare.
When light hits your lens, it gets scattered or flared. This is an expected behavior when light hits the lens.

I have seen that article and have followed it. My first thought was the dirt so I have a microfiber I clean it with but to no avail.
My main issue is the full nighttime shots of the night sky (astrophotography). The very center gets more light than the surrounding image.
In the center of this pic I took, the center is lighter than the surrounding sky regardless of where I point the camera. Almost as if the center starts building light first and then over saturates. I’ve tried changing setting or exposure times and always with the same result.
