Security lockout?!?!

I’ve tried to unlock this phone now with my security code and won’t work. Tried turn on/off. Also tried a hard reset. No go. What’s the deal?

please, some guidance, never had any issue like this on a Apple phone. Always worked the way it should.

You can either wait the hour, and make sure you enter the correct passcode its expecting then, or you can reset the iPhone to factory, and set it up again.
