My MacBook Pro m1 issue
I have a 2020 MacBook Pro 512gb but it after an update the system crashed and refuse to reinstall a new update, it is struck at 3 hours 0 minutes

If you are stuck—
You can always force quit a shutdown by holding the power button/TouchID for ~6-10 sec.
Force Shut down your Mac. and try again. your update...
Log out, sleep, wake, restart or shut down your Mac
Shut down or restart your Mac - Apple Support
You can do a "Safeboot" for running the update if you still have no success; > log in an try again.
SafeBoot How to use safe mode on your Mac - Apple Support will sort many anomalies
if it is hosed—
