AA1549 is an iPhone 6. That can be updated to iOS 12.5.5, but no further than that.

Really. Might take you 10 seconds to do this.
If we know what model of iPhone you have, we can tell you which iOS you can download, and which you can't. We don't need a serial number or any other personal info. Just the model number. It might be something like iPhone 6.
It might be important for you to know what your phone can or cannot do.
Then sorry, you are out of luck with the iPhone 6. It's too old. You will need a newer iPhone 7 or higher.
Hard to say. What happens when you try to download WhatsApp? You need to provide more information about what is going on. Please provide any error messages you see.

What I see above it is carrier I can’t see any other name
That should be an iPhone 6, which can be updated to iOS 12.5.5.
