Nothing. Return it for a refund. The watch is activation locked to the previous owner.

how to reset apple watch to factory settings but don Phone watch was originally paired to is no longer viable . Watch has quit working due to too many password attempts. The old phone was passed down to a family member who reset the phone to factory settings before the watch could be unpaired.
