Why won’t my Ipad Pro (5th gen) not auto update software when the auto updates is on?

Why won’t my Ipad Pro (5th gen) not auto update software when the auto updates is on? I have the Ipad plugged in overnight and I am connected to very strong WIFI. I have encountered so MANY issues with my brand new Ipad (not loading apps, not auto updating apps, not allowing me to load the internet, etc).

iPad Pro, iPadOS 15

Your iPad will not necessarily automatically update as soon as a new version of iPadOS is released. Automatic updates will occur when an update is “advertised” by Apple’s regional servers.

Given that servers have finite capacity, if you want to update your iPad as soon as an update is released, you’ll have to do so manually. When server loading returns to normal levels, typically within a week to ten days, automatic updates will be “advertised”. It is only then that your iPad might attempt to automatically download and install the update.
