Face ID not working after battery replacement
I had my battery replace for my iPhone 11 at Best Buy after setting up an appointment through Apple support. Now my face ID doesn’t work no matter what I do to try to fix it

Check this support document - If Face ID isn't working on your iPhone or iPad Pro - Apple Support
If it still does not work, best to bring it back to Best Buy - they might have missed something.
