When the computer was Brand New and the First Account that was created on the Computer is the Admin Account of this computer.
From that first account additional accounts can be added including another Admin Account or Standard Account etc.
From the Original Admin Account you can downgrade another Admin Account or remove the additional Admin account.
Saysha not logged in. Main account is milhan. I'm trying to change saysha to standard account. Saysha was newly created account. I was able to change it before updating to 12.5 version. Is it the update causing isssue?
Info from the previous link and the OP comment that solved their issue
" I had given automatic login status to the new admin, so I couldn't do anything until I logged in as that admin and logged out before restarting the system. Once I was back in control, I could delete the new profile."
You already know why you were not able to remove the admin account, but let me add a small word of advice: a second admin account is something that you should really consider having. In the event of some issue with your main account, having another admin can be a lifesaver.
Are you trying to change Saysha while they are. logged in?
Yes milhan is original admin account. And saysha is secondary. I created few weeks ago. But not able to downgrade it. And that orange tick on profile was changeable before but now i can't do that too

Saysha is in fact still logged in. That's why it has the orange check mark and is greyed out.
Two account logged in at the same time? I just switch users from menu bar. Do I need to sign out saysha from apple logo?
Yes, you can have more than one account logged in. That's why there's a fast user switching setting. Yes, you need to sign out of Saysha before you can modify it.
