Apple tv plus promotion

I received an apple tv plus promotion for a year when I purchased my Sony TV signed up anytime of purchase and it is not working. What do I need to get my promotion.

Apple TV on Firestick - now not working. Why? After reading about the increase in cost for Apple TV+, I went into my account to check my sub. Saw a notice about the increase and accepted it. Apple+ Subscription Not Working on TV I currently have the Apple One+ subscription and it works on my phone just fine but when I go on my TV, it keeps popping up with “accept free trial” even though I already have a subscription and it just updated today for the month of October. Is this a glitch with the new update or what? because this is very frustrating and I’m going to cancel If I can’t use the subscription on my TV. Why am I paying for the subscription If I can’t even watch shows on my actual TV ?? That defeats the whole purpose and any help would be appreciated.

For promotions for Apple TV+ by third party device manufacturers, redeem that offer as described by them (Sony in this case). The redeem procedure would be slightly different for each company that makes such an offer.

Any offer would have an expire date. Be sure to redeem before that date. When did you receive that offer?

I can’t find an online reference to the Sony one year offer that you mention. I only see the 3-months/6-months PlayStation 4/5 offer in relation to Sony [1].
