I have a 24 in M1 iMac (2021) and an old Canon DSLR camera (Rebel XTi). I don't believe the camera has Wifi technology. I don't see any spot to connect the camera to the iMac. Is it possible?

Can you connect the camera to your iMac with a USB-A cable (Apple sells a USB-C to USB-A adapter cable) and then use Apple's Image Capture to transfer the images? The Rebel XTi is supported by Big Sur and Monterey Camera RAW (.CR2) and here are the overall camera specs.

Unless your Mac has it built-in card reader get one (I prefer that route) or connect the camera via USB to the Mac and import with /Applications/Image Capture (I use that route because I edit metadata like filenames, GPS, dates, Captions, Keywords in 3rd party apps) or with Photos.app.
