Center Alignment for Contacts

I want to have my contact fields centered for mailing labels. I would also like to change the fonts. So far, I have not been able to find a way to do either of these.

Are you trying to print labels directly from contacts?

When I print mailing labels I do so from within Microsoft Word using free Avery templates. These templates, essentially just pre-formatted Word documents, take care of placement.

I've also printed them for the word processing app in FreeOffice. It uses Word templates very well.

Yes, the only way I can maintain a sorted list (I want to keep everything in alphabetical order and I will have to keep adding contacts to this label list) is to do it in contacts. I use Pages for word docs, not Microsoft Office. I don't have any trouble at all generating labels from Mac Contacts, only I can't figure out how to get a center alignment (default is left alignment), or to change fonts for that matter.
