My AirTags say "Connected, Signal is Weak. Try moving to a different location."

My AirTags don't work. Not in the expected manner anyway. They say "Connected. Signal is Weak. Try moving to a different location." but no matter how much I move around, that message doesn't clear and give me any direction nor distance.

I have updated to the latest software version, restarted my I phone 11, restarted the AirTag, even replaced the battery with a new one, my connection is perfect and they do not work.
