If I purchase 2 years of AppleCare+ with Theft and Loss, can I renew at the end of the 2 years?
I can't seem to find this information anywhere on the site.

According to Extend your AppleCare+ cover - Apple Support
If you paid upfront for an AppleCare+ plan for your iPhone, iPad or Apple Watch, you may be able to purchase new cover that will be renewed monthly.
This is as long as new cover is purchased within 30 days of the original cover ending by going to mysupport.apple.com.
The max is 2 years.
Being able to extend it is the current policy which may (or may not) change in 2 years.
