My iPhone has frozen with the torch light on, and I can not get it to shut off. Help
How to reboot or turn my phone off. It is frozen with the torch light on, and everything I try, nothing works.

Force Restart the iPhone. Force restart iPhone - Apple Support If that does not help when the iPhone reboots, you should at least be able to access the button to turn off the flashlight/torch.
