I want to download photos from my Iphone13 mini to my PC computer that is operating under Windows11. I want the details of when picture was taken to also be downloaded. I also want full pixels not reduced version to be downloaded. My phone has full pixels stored.

You are not addressing Apple here. If you already have a case number from them, then use the Get Support link to contact Apple Support and give them your case number.
Hi, the same problem. I noticed reducing photo resolution when syncing to icloud. I have iPhone 13 Pro. Icloud for Windows is synchronizing photos to my Windows PC with 2048x1536 resolution, although resolution at IPhhone was 4032x3024. Resolution is decreasing when syncing. The reason may be in maximum resolution of my monitor, but I want to have photos at PC with maximum resolution

As I said earlier, no one here can reopen your case. No one here works for Apple. Follow the instructions I already gave you.
