I went to Walmart to get my pictures off and load it onto a flash drive I couldn’t transfer them onto the drive I think they’re up in the clouds so can somebody explain to me how I can get them off the cloud and load them onto a flash drive

Transferring Photos to a Flashdrive:
You'd connect your flashdrive to your computer, and from there, select the flashdrive as the directory to save it to. See here: Transfer photos and videos from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch to your Mac or PC - Apple Support

If you cannot download it that way, then try getting them from iCloud, directly: https://www.icloud.com/photos
That doesn’t work it says unavailable or something like that and then another time I was able to get two pictures but That was it they are on the iCloud thank you for your prompt reply
