How do I get all my pictures onto icloud

How can I put all my pictures into the iCloud. Mean like I know that I came upload them but that takes a while and sometimes doesn’t even work. So I’m curious if there’s a better way.

Enable iCloud Photos on your phone (Settings > iCloud). This will sync all of your images to the cloud
