I have an iPhone 11 and I updated it to iOS 15.6 and after Face ID acted up I rested it nothing changed I have had to reset Face ID for the 7th time now I bought it off of eBay on may 19th do I contact seller or is it an glitch

ebay...(?) if it is not working as expected I would return it if that is an option.
