NVRAM terminal

I need a terminal solution for the nvram reset. The shutdown and command option p r startup isn't working. Can anyone help?

Don't use the command line to clear the NVRAM on an M1/M2 Mac as I've seen a couple users post on here that bad things happened to their M1/M2 Macs.


If you have an Intel Mac, then please give us the exact model of the computer which you can get by clicking the Apple menu and selecting "About This Mac". I have found some USB-C Intel Macs can be very difficult to get the PRAM reset.
