Sorry, but no. If you think about it, if there were a way, anyone who might pick up your phone and walk away with it would have complete access to all of the data on your phone.

If you have a recent backup of the phone, you can use that to restore the phone back to normal after it is erased and set up again.

Might be a good idea to write down your passcode and keep in in your wallet or another safe place, so you can avoid another future "disaster".
