No. You connect your AirPods over bluetooth. iTunes is not involved all.

Airpods not working with Itunes on Windows 11.... but they work fine otherwise. Have an HP laptop running windows 11. Airpods connected via bluetooth and they work great for every other type of application (gaming, browsing, etc). However, when I try to listen to a podcast / music within Itunes, it only plays thru the laptop speakers. Have seen a few different questions about this without much in the way of a solution.

The Beats Studio pro can change automatically from iPhone to iPad or MacBook? Like the AirPods that they have the automatic switching from one device into another
