Not a valid payment without a document and a trace from apple.com/bill for 139.99 BGN. 

I don't have any information about such a purchase for 139.99 BGN or for a subscription, neither on email in the mail, nor in the history of purchases, nor anywhere, but they were deducted from my bank account, together with this 1.99 BGN, which are to buy iCloud storage and for which I have an invoice email. And I have no information about this 139.99 BGN. I've checked everywhere. I can't get through to anyone at apple to find out what they are for and ask for a refund.Please for advice.

Neither do we. You are addressing other end uses here, not Apple.


If it does not showin your purchase histore then it is likely a scammer. That scam has been around since 2014 per a security site I saw yesterday.


Is there a phone number associated with the bill? If so Google it. I did one yesterday and got a long list of hits from people who had been scammed by criminal posing as Apple.


If the is the case, Apple cannot fix this because it is not on their books. Contact your bank or card issuer immediately and notify then of a fraudulent transaction. When this happened to us, within 24 hours AMEX had the charges confirmed as from scammers, removed the charges from our acct, and issued my wife a new card account number.


A new card number is important because if you are getting these, some miscreant has that card number.
