Kids iPads in car , controlling from the front ?

my Childrens are in extended rear facing car seats and I have the Besafe crash tested Tablet holders for 2 iPads which I obviously can’t reach from the front passenger seat. Can I control them from my iPhone to starts/stop/change movie etc on our long drive ? Or is there an iPad remote control I can purchase ? Or any other method like Bluetooth ?

iPhone Control Center no longer showing devices on lock screen A while ago (I’m talking years) when I was in the same room in my house as a HomePod playing music, or something playing on the Apple TV, my iPhone would automatically show the control center for that device on my Lock Screen. For the longest time now that feature just randomly stopped working. I can go into control center and manually change device, but I would like it to happen automatically like it used to. I am on an iPhone 16 Pro Max, running the latest iOS - but interestingly my wife is on an iPhone 13 running iOS 15 and the feature still works fine on her phone. Apple sidecar question I’m currently using a macbook pro 13” from 2017 and it is up to the latest update which is Ventura version. I also have an ipad pro m2 and it is now in ipados 17. I tried the sidecar feature but it only works for a few minutes and my ipad crashed and the screen sharing was not working sgain. Is there any solutions to this or is it that my mac is too old?

doubt it, you can't by build in means as far as I know and the nature of the sandbox of apps I don't see an app having that kind of control
