I didn't get my Apple Card

If enough time has passed that you can def say it's missing, then on your iPhone go to Wallet -> Apple Card -> The circle with the three dots in the upper right corner.

Go down the list and there's a section that says Titanium Card and you can request a replacement card as lost.

and as mentioned above, you’ll need a newer iPhone and current iOS; that iPhone 5s is not supported.

you cannot use an iPhone 5s for Apple Pay and that phone probably wont activate the physical Apple Card either. Any updates to where your card is should be in the Wallet app on a device that can run Apple Pay. You do not automatically get sent a physical card when applying for Apple Card.
