Iphone notification banners not appearing

I can’t be the only one who has been having this issue for 3 months now? starting in early May the banners for my notifications have not been appearing at all. I’ve tried everything, I also tried contacting Apple and got no help at all. I have turned my Iphone off and they have fixed themselves by appearing again but that only lasts at least 1-2 hours before they disappear again. I have gone to my settings to see if I maybe clicked something there by accident to have them not appear but everything seems stabled. I listed a photo down below to show you what it looks like. I guess the only thing I could do next is wait for the new iOS 16 update to release maybe by then they will finally start appearing?

Hi Luuviana,

Regarding the issue with notifications on your iPhone, you can check the notification summary settings with the steps below found in the guide page here: View and respond to notifications on iPhone

"The notification summary is personalized to you and intelligently ordered by priority, based on your current activity, with the most relevant notifications at the top. The summary is especially useful because it allows you to engage with notifications on your own time. You can take this even further by using Focus to filter notifications while you focus on an activity.

A summary of the notifications that arrived while Scheduled Summary was turned on in Notifications Settings; these notifications were stored in Notification Center until the time scheduled for the summary.

  1. Go to Settings  > Notifications > Scheduled Summary, then turn on Scheduled Summary.
  2. Select the apps to include in your summary.
  3. Set a time for your summary. If you want to receive another summary, tap Add Summary.
  4. Tap A to Z below Apps in Summary, then make sure the apps you want to include in your summary are turned on."

The guide page here can also help you view your notification alert styles. Change notification settings on iPhone
