The alarm clock rings that doesn't exist

Good day.

My problem is following. I transfered the data from my old iPhone 5s (16 gb) to iPhone 13 using Icloud. Transferring from phone to phone was impossible because of software version was older that 12, updating was impossible because of lack of memory.

There was installed the alarm clock in my old iPhone (each working day at 6:03 a.m). I deleted all clocks at new iPhone, there is any timetables in app Health, there aren't any software instructions too, but every working day at 6:03 my alarm clock rings and it rings as notification line.

I reset settings and reinstalled copy from icloud, made software flashing. Nothing... it rings every working day.

Then I deleted the melody of this alarm clock (it was not system, but mine, downloaded). So now at 6:03 it rings as vibrations and notification sound. Please help me to delete this ghost alarm clock
