Apple Music: Added song (imported mp3) to library but "Add to Library" options keeps re-appearing

macOS 12.5, Apple Music 1.2.5.7

Imported a song. It's a ~200 MB continuous DJ mix mp3.
Song appears in Songs view and can be played back.
Right-click, Add to Library
Activity window shows, that cloud library gets updated
Right-click: No "Add to Library" option available, but "Delete from Library" -- as expected.
However, after a ~30 seconds, the "Add to Library" option comes back.

For some reason, Music seems to remove the song from my library after a while. As a side effect, when I add this song to a (cloud) playlist, once Music wrongly removes the song fron the library, the entire cloud playlist is gone.

Any ideas?

See Identify cloud status icons in your music library on your Mac or PC - Apple Support. Check the status of the imported track and resolve if needed. iCloud playlists cannot contain ineligible content.

Thanks! That has helped already. Didn't know about "Cloud Status"!

However, my Library shows an icon which is not in the linked document. It's a filled light gray circle with a white exclamation mark:

That down arrow symbol isn't covered in the article and is the newer indicator in Music (macOS & iOS) that an item is downloaded and stored in the local library rather than being streamed from the cloud. The same column may be blank for content that is in the cloud.
