Mail sidebar has changed! MacBook Air

I don't know hat I pressed but my sidebar looks like this and I can't it back to how it was. I have 4 emails. Most grateful for any help as I'm not very techy, thank you :)

macmail sidebar not displaying my various accounts not sure what I did - but my sidebar of my macmail is not showing my mailboxes anymore. It used to list my various accounts and does not anymore. Also, my junk emails are now showing up in my inbox and it's pretty infuriating - as deleting them does nothing (because they are currently in the junk mailbox). thanks in advance!!

Mac Mail -not allowing me to customize toolbar My Reply/Reply All/Forward mail buttons have disappeared from the tool bar. When I hit Customize Toolbar -the icons jiggle but the menu of ones to add does not appear. They just stay jiggling and unusable until I restart the Mail program but the reply etc options remain missing.

Thundebird email and Firefox, spacebar not working. Has anyone else had spacebar issues withFirefox and Thunderbird? I can say that I am upto date with Mac OS Ventura 13.1 and both Thunderbird and Firefox and there is a post describing this issue on the Mozilla web forum When typing the spacebar doesnt insert spaces in the text justlikethis.

How was it before? If there were mailboxes under Favourites, note that if you hold the cursor over that you'll see a control like this > to expand the menu item.
