My downloaded songs are not playing.

i must turn on mobile data for my downloaded songs to play.

please help.

Do the songs show a downward pointed arrow next to them in the music app? If not then they are not downloaded.

Unable to download music in Apple Music on Cellular Data Hey, I'm running 17.4.2. I've tried signing in and out of my icloud account, deleted and reinstalled Apple Music., toggled icloud sync, restarted network settings and phone, turned Download over Cellular on and off and turned Automatic Downloads off and on, deleted old playlists and tried to download new music. The problem also seem to be with Prime Video. Apple Podcasts works fine downloading, as does Apple Tv. I tried on another sim card and it still didn't work, so it's not network specific. I can download fine over wifi. Thanks.
