Unable to download music in Apple Music on Cellular Data

Hey,

I'm running 17.4.2. I've tried signing in and out of my icloud account, deleted and reinstalled Apple Music., toggled icloud sync, restarted network settings and phone, turned Download over Cellular on and off and turned Automatic Downloads off and on, deleted old playlists and tried to download new music.

The problem also seem to be with Prime Video.

Apple Podcasts works fine downloading, as does Apple Tv.

I tried on another sim card and it still didn't work, so it's not network specific. I can download fine over wifi.

The same issue, but solved with setting change below. worth a try.

go to mobile service -> mobile data options -> data mode -> allow more data on 5G
voice & data -> 5G on

After downloading iOS 17.4, I was no longer able to download Apple Music over cellular, zero issues downloading over wifi. I also noticed that cellular connectivity has been very unstable with iOS 17.4. Verizon said that my 14 pro has the latest firmware upstate so it’s not a Verizon issue.

Also, the automatic downloads tab will toggle itself off after I turn in on, it will turn itself off. The same thing happened with the Cellular Download tab.
