Hello. I just found my old iPhone 5 after 1 or 2 years.. and it doesn’t have juice so I charged it and it won’t charge no battery symbol or logo just pitch black I also cleaned the charging port and it still wouldn’t charge what do I do and what is wrong?
That is a very old phone! I would guess that the battery is probably dead. You should make an appointment at the nearest Apple Store for an evaluation and explanation of your options....
