App Store won’t let me download Widgetsmith, even though I already have the update on my iPad
How do I resolve this? It says I need IOS 14 or greater but I already do. I tried restarting my iPad but no luck.

You have iOS 13, according to your footer here. Not iOS 14. Update your iPhone, and try again. You should get iOS 15.6.
