Bluetooth not Working

When I try to power on my Bluetooth from the pull down menu, it says my Bluetooth is on and when i go into bluetooth setting all I am seeing is the Bluetooth symbol loading. It never loads any devices it just stays here and it doesn’t show any Bluetooth devices available either
