Error with NFL game pass app subscription

i renewed my NFL game pass through the iTunes app - paid the fee, already received iTunes payment receipt. But every time I try to log in -

it is asking me to subscribe again. So you go through the process and it says you have already paid do you want to get game pass for free but then again nothing happens and you just an error message saying woops try again later!

have tried on my iPhone and iPad but the same issue. Any help???

How to request a refund

  1. Sign in to reportaproblem.apple.com.
  2. Tap or click "I'd like to," then choose "Request a refund."

3. Choose the reason why you want a refund, then choose Next.

4. Choose the app, subscription, or other item, then choose Submit. If you were charged for a subscription that you no longer want, you can also cancel the subscription.
