This question has probably been asked before but anyway, I have subscribed to the NBA League Pass through iTunes and the League Pass does not recognise my subscription and I can’t watch any NBA games.
Has anyone had a similar issue or know what to do?

After being on the phone to Apple, being in an online chat with the NBA; it turns out that the subscriptions offered by Apple (3-game pass, 8-game pass, Team Choice and others... ) were no longer supported by the NBA.
The NBA this season have 2 options, you can have the NBA League Pass Premium for $29.99 a month (AUD) this gives access to all games or there's the option of League Pass Standard that includes Ads while streaming games for $21.99 a month (AUD).
I was really disappointed with Apple because I only wanted the 3-game pass... but it wasn't available. I requested a refund and am not paying up to 30 bucks a month to watch the sport.

Just got off the phone with apple myself. NO solution. Recommended I contact NBA. Yet when I login on my browser (not app on my iPhone or iPad), league pass works.

Then you have received an invoice from Apple.
Click on Report a problem on the invoice.
Yup, same thing here. Subscribed to nba gamechoice via itunes, but if I restore purchase in the nba app it says no active subscription found. If I login to the app first, then the restore purchase option is simply not there. I am thus paying for a service I cannot use… It all worked before they changed the app (although often with difficulty)
I’ve just found out that the NBA have a different pricing structure this season and don’t offer the same plans as offered on iTunes. That’s why the iTunes subscription won’t work.

I’ve lodged a support ticket and hopefully there’s something Apple can do about it. I live in Melbourne, Australia and we have limited access to NBA games and I don’t always want to watch the games shown on TV.
Has anyone been able to fix this I’ve had the same issue trying to fix it for the last few days.
Works on my phone but the same login for NBA iD doesn’t work on Apple TV . Any solutions ?
Same here on the error message. Was hoping to find a solution to this but nothing so far. I really don’t want to wipe my Apple TV to test this out.
Same here. Have tested on two Apple TV boxes
Both give the same error message and you cannot watch nba games.
