Can I download and run a Power Point presentation including embedded videos

Thanks for posting in Apple Support Communities! You may have to have the application installed on your device in order to download and play the presentation. To download Microsoft PowerPoint, you can visit the App Store here: Microsoft PowerPoint on the Mac App Store. Downloading the application should provide any available options that allows you to open PowerPoint presentations and play them.

If you have any issues opening the document, let us know what happens when you try and if you receive any error messages.

You should note that the advice from LeleN1 is misleading:

• to use PowerPoint from the Appstore you will need to subscribe to Microsoft 365 which is £60 per year
• users do not need to have PowerPoint installed to open and play PowerPoint presentations:

Right click the PowerPoint file and select Open With, then choose Keynote. The content will open and play in Keynote.
