I got used to the 3D Touch on my previous android devices..
so I noticed that I’m pressing kind of strongly on my iPhone 13 pro screen
i didn’t saw some serious issues or damage, does it ok, or there is a possibility that my screen/device is suffering from some problem.

I doubt that you will see an issue if you have not experienced anything so far. I wouldn't worry about it.
You say that you see an issues or damage, but then ask if there is a possibility that it is suffering from some problem. Do you have a problem or not? I doubt that you are pressing it to the point of damage.
