syncing (uploading files from pc ) to icloud drive on windows 11 is very slow, it takes one week to upload 1GB unless the internet speed is 900 Mbps, i tried all instructions in apple community but the problem still not fixing. what should i do?

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. The time it takes to sync your files from your PC to iCloud can depend on factors such as upload speed and how many files you are syncing. If you have another network to connect to and test, that may help since you've noticed a change with different speeds.
You can also see the progress of your files using the icons shown in See if a file is downloaded or shared in iCloud for Windows - Apple Support.
