Why does my iPhone XR charge slowly with a USB-C 20W charger?

Is there a reason my iPhone XR charges slowly with a type C 20 watt charger, I’m confused cause it’s the direct opposite of what I expected from it.

I have been using an Apple 20 Watt USB-C charger, and just feel it is charging slowly, for example only 4-5% charge gained after having been plugged in for about 10 minutes. Is this normal or does the iPhone 14 Pro need a higher Watt charger?

13 pro max charging slow on original charger My Question is That Why My Iphone 13 pro max is Charging Slow like 50 to 100 it take 2-2.5 hours and 20 to 100 3 hours? I have 2 chargers one Local And one Apple Original charger 20w The speed is Same on Both Chargers. Thanks.

It should fast charge up to 50% in around 30 minutes. See: Fast charge your iPhone - Apple Support
