microphone

My husband's hearing is decreasing.. He won't get hearing aids. I always have my iphone with me. Is there a way I can use the microphone in the phone to amplify my voice? I've tried different apps but it hasn't worked. Thank you!

iPhone 12 with iOS 18.3.1 develops audio issues when paired with hearing aids After upgrading two Iphone 12 to IOS 18.3.1, people can barely hear me when talking to them.
