My friend used iPhone 13 pro max ,in the morning He saw his phone display turned white.And there is no damage to his phone suddenly this happened now what is the solution? Is it a hardware problem or a software problem?

I would try a hard reboot by pressing Volume Up once, Volume Down once, and then pressing and holding the Side button until you hopefully see the Apple logo. If that doesnât help, Iâm convinced itâs a hardware problem and your friend should seek a repair.
