13 pro max display white problem

My friend used iPhone 13 pro max ,in the morning He saw his phone display turned white.And there is no damage to his phone suddenly this happened now what is the solution? Is it a hardware problem or a software problem?

Took the phone to Apple. They refused to honour the warranty due to small chip in screen.This is despite the white screen being a known issue with this phone. The iPhone 13 Pro is not fit for purpose. It is a major manufacturing fault.

I would try a hard reboot by pressing Volume Up once, Volume Down once, and then pressing and holding the Side button until you hopefully see the Apple logo. If that doesn’t help, I’m convinced it’s a hardware problem and your friend should seek a repair.
