can i know why my photo cannot backup to icloud? i already upgraded 200gb for icloud

Troubleshooting Uploading iCloud Photos:


A. Go Here: If My Photo Stream isn't Updating - Apple Support


B. Re-Enable iCloud Photos:

Disable iCloud Photos on the iPhone:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Your Name (Top Item)
  3. Tap: iCloud
  4. Tap: Photos (so that it is greyed-out)

Then…

Enable iCloud Photos on then iPhone:

  1. Go to: Settings
  2. Tap: Your Name (Top Item)
  3. Tap: iCloud
  4. Tap: Photos (so that it is green)


C. All New iCloud Sessions:

Try logging out of iCloud on all of your devices. Then, restart your devices. Perhaps ti needs to resync?
