Salve vorrei sapere come posso risolvere il problema del Wi-Fi su iPhone 7 Plus

Buongiorno,

Hai già dato un'occhiata a questo articolo di supporto?:--> Se il tuo iPhone, iPad o iPod touch non si connette a una rete Wi-Fi - Supporto Apple (IT)


Se il problema persiste, ciò avviene solo sulla rete Wifi di casa, o con tutte le reti Wifi?

Nel caso sia soltanto a casa, hai provato a:

  • Disconnettere e spegnere tutti i dispositivi dalla tua rete Wifi?
  • Spegnere il modem router per almeno un minuto?
  • Riaccenderlo ed attendere che completi la sua autoconfigurazione?
  • Riaccendere il tuo iPhone e ritentare il collegamento?
